Mike started over 30 years ago in the loose-leaf ring-binder business, and over time, he naturally transitioned into the production of menu covers.

 

Our menus are hand crafted and Mike works closely with a dedicated team of craftspeople in the Northeast U.S. at a large modern plant. Mike has experience with restaurants, restaurant groups of all sizes, hotels, casinos, and spas. His accumulated knowledge gives him the ability to work with designers and printers to guide them and see their vision come to life.

 

In his spare time, you will find Mike bicycling on Long Island, in the Hudson Valley, or on Brooklyn and New York City’s bike paths. He is also an avid hiker and skier. His love of travel has given him a larger perspective on trends in the hospitality industry.
